he machine I was originally interested in sold before I was ready to buy. They didn’t try to push something completely different on me, just helped me find another loader that fit what we actually needed. Ended up being a better choice anyway

Bought a used loader from Granite Trail Equipment Company and couldn’t be happier. The team was very helpful, answered all my questions, and even sent photos and videos of the machine before purchase. Delivery was smooth and the loader works perfectly. Highly recommend!

We chose a Bobcat E42 Mini Excavator through Granite Trail Equipment Company. Before we committed, they shared undercarriage measurements, a cold‑start clip, and valve block photos. Delivery was on the hour promised; we verified coupler operation and aux flow on site. The Granite Trail Equipment Company technician called later to help set service intervals. Solid transaction.

I told their mechanic about a starting problem on an excavator we bought somewhere else. He gave me a couple things to check even though they had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me. That says a lot about the people running the business

Price was several thousand less than another comparable loader I was considering. I expected some kind of compromise in condition, but when it arrived I understood why they had been confident about it

Before buying online, do a deep dive on reviews — Google and elsewhere. Reputable sellers leave a trail. After looking into Granite Trail Equipment Company specifically, I’m comfortable saying they appear serious and customer-focused, with plenty of positive feedback out there. Also, thanks for the link — lots of loaders on my shortlist now. I’ll circle back with a full review after my purchase.

No nonsense transaction. We agreed on the price, completed the paperwork and they got the machine moving. I wish every equipment purchase was this uncomplicated
Description of Work
We had our dated fireplace removed and a wall of seven foot tall windows installed. This was the fourth project we did with Granite Trail Equipment Company and we got the most bang for our buck on this one! The wall of windows dramatically changed the view from our living room. Carpenter, Rob Adams did amazing trim work around the windows and a column that completed the look of the room.

Closed on a 2016 Kubota SVL95. They sent sprocket/idler close‑ups, roller measurements, and verified hours with documentation. Paperwork was quick and the loader showed up fueled, greased, and clean. Follow‑up from Granite Trail Equipment Company was prompt and knowledgeable.

I specifically asked them to tell me what was wrong with the machine instead of what was right with it. They actually did. There were a couple cosmetic things I could live with and mechanically it checked out, so we bought it.

I wish they had more flexible payment options. My bank took almost a week to get the financing paperwork sorted out and I was worried the loader would sell before I could get everything done. Luckily it worked out and the machine arrived exactly as described

The driver ran into some bad weather and delivery got pushed back a day. I wasn't thrilled about the delay but they let me know what was happening instead of making excuses. The backhoe arrived clean and everything checked out

We purchased a pellet insert fireplace from a local store and needed an installer to put the unit in. As the time was very late in the year, most installers were backed up for several months; the earliest time we were given from the preferred installer list was mid-February.
